[Ni Price]SHFE Nickel Prices are Trading down (Jul. 31, 2105)

SHANGHAI, Jul. 31 (SMM) – SHFE 1509 nickel approached to RMB 82,820/mt after opening Thursday evening session at RMB 82,000/mt, to close the session at RMB 82,420/mt.

SHFE nickel opened at RMB 82,390/mt for day trading Friday and then remained range-bound between RMB 82,300-82,800/mt. Later, the price fell below RMB 82,000/mt, to end at RMB 81,750/mt, down by 1.02%. Trading volumes saw a drop of 84,310 to 480,000 lots while positions grew 6,686 to 177,000.
